Returns are free with ARKET

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return - free of charge.


We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery and underwear briefs cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you. 

We do not accept returns of garments purchased on any site other than ARKET.com

How to return

Log in to our returns portal with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and email address, and let us know what you want to return and why. You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

Note: You don't need to fill out the paper return form but please include it in your parcel. If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

Once your return is registered in the portal, select one of the below options to make your return. 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within two weeks of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime!

Courier Collection -free
Once you have booked your home collection on your chosen date, the courier collecting the parcel will bring a free returns label with them. Collections can be booked up to 2 working days in advance.

How to return - Portugal:

1. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
2. Attach your pre-paid label to the parcel and drop off at your nearest DPD parcel shop.
3. DPD will provide you with a drop-off receipt to track your parcel's progress.
4. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

How to return Azores/Madeira

1. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
2. Attach your pre-paid label to the parcel and drop off at your nearest UPS parcel shop.
3. UPS will provide you with a drop-off receipt to track your parcel's progress.
4. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

Visit UPS.com to book your free return then take your parcel to your nearest UPS Access Point. UPS will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.​

How to return

  1. Tear off the Return form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
  2. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from ARKET.
  3. Package up your return securely (in original packaging where possible) and be sure to include your completed Return Form.
  4. Register your return here and follow the instructions.
  5. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.

Sweden

How to return

You are welcome to return online orders in our stores in Sweden. Simply bring your E-receipt or the Delivery Note and the item(s) you wish to return to the store. We will refund you through the same payment method you used to make the initial payment. 

Log in to our returns portal with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and email address, and let us know what you want to return and why. You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

Note: You don't need to fill out the paper return form but please include it in your parcel. If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

Once your return is registered in the portal, select one of the below options to make your return. 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within two weeks of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime!

Free return at PostNord parcel shop, with Instabox, or with Budbee

Attach the self-adhesive return label, which you can find on the delivery note, and take the parcel to a convenient PostNord parcel shop of your choice. If returning with Instabox, book you return at instabox.se/return or click link in Instabox tracking link. Note: If returning a Budbee order, you can book your return via the link in the Budbee tracking text.

How to return

You are welcome to return online orders in our stores in Great Britain. Simply bring your E-receipt or the Delivery Note and the item(s) you wish to return to the store. We will refund you through the same payment method you used to make the initial payment

Please note: Express orders must be returned via UPS - see Express instructions below.

Return options for England, Wales & Scotland

Standard Delivery – please use any of the following options:

Royal Mail drop off/Home Collection 

Register your return in the Royal Mail return portal. An email will be sent to you which includes two free labelling options. If you arrange a home collection you do not need to print a label:

1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.

2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.

Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.

Evri drop off

Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

Evri home collection

Arrange for Evri to pick up your return by clicking here. Evri will collect from your chosen address and provide you with a collection receipt. With this you can track the parcel's progress.

Express Home Delivery – parcels must be returned with UPS when returning to online:

Visit UPS.com to book your free return, print a replacement return label, and schedule a pick-up.

Visit UPS.com to book your free return then take your parcel to your nearest UPS Access Point.​ UPS will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.​

UPS home collection

Arrange for UPS to pick up your return by clicking here and you will receive a label to print at home. Await your Return Confirmation email, which we will send when we have processed your return.​
