café ARKET + Blossa
For this year’s holiday season, ARKET café has teamed up with Blossa to present a special edition of its traditional Nordic glögg. A long-established maker of mulled wine, Blossa has been synonymous with Swedish holiday celebrations since the 1800s. Based on an original recipe from 1895, the ARKET + Blossa glögg is made from non-alcoholic organic wine spiced with a blend of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves. The label features an illustration by artist Ilon Wikland depicting a traditional Nordic holiday market. A soft gingerbread cake, inspired by the same warming winter flavours that characterise glögg, will be served in ARKET cafés during November and December.
