Food ARKET café is a seasonal vegetarian kitchen and coffee shop promoting natural flavours and a modern, more sustainable way of eating. The menu reflects our vision of the New Nordic everyday food. It emphasises traditional methods and healthy ethically produced ingredients, consciously combining our Northern recipes with influences from abroad.

Spring This season is all about a fresh start. Although it might still be cold outside, we are ready to leave our winter den and embrace the renewing quality of spring. In the ARKET cafés, we continue to create delicious and healthy meals based on seasonal produce.
To help our customers make the right food choices for optimal wellbeing, we focus on highlighting the health benefits of the key ingredients in our menu. Spinach, fennel, spring onions, broccoli and fresh herbs are our seasonal hero greens, packed with chlorophyll. This natural green pigment is known to help detoxify the body and promote skin regeneration.
Our cafés are serving salads, bowls, flatbread pizzas and wraps complemented with an assortment of pastries and hot and cold beverages. All our offerings are also available for takeaway so that you can enjoy your meal in the gentle heat of the spring sun.
Martin Berg's work with ARKET café is based on the conviction that the transformation towards a healthier and more sustainable food culture needs to be broader and more accessible than the world of fine dining, but rather, encompass our everyday meals and habits. By offering a delicious seasonal menu based on whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and traditional legumes, Martin’s mission is to inspire people to choose the positive alternative.
