Changing or cancelling an order

Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be altered or cancelled.

 

If you need to edit your delivery location, you may be able to do this once the parcel is with the carrier. Look out for alternative delivery options in your tracking emails.

 

If you have changed your mind or no longer need the order, please return it to us as soon as possible.
