Standard delivery is free for orders over €100. We will deliver your purchase within 2-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

During high season, sale periods and bank holidays, the delivery period may be longer. The current delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Climate friendly express pick up delivery, DHL (€8)
Climate friendly express home delivery, DHL (€10)

We also offer Express delivery (1-2 days) for orders placed before 19:30 Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two business days. 

This excludes Sunday and public holidays. During high season and sale periods, Express delivery might be unavailable.

We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout or select a convenient shop for your pick-up.

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

Standard delivery is free for orders over €100.

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the Netherlands.

We do not ship to the overseas territories (Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles).
