STANDARD DELIVERY 

During high season, sale periods and bank holidays, the delivery period may be longer. The current delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Available for orders placed before 19:30 Monday to Saturday.

Delivery excludes Sunday and public holidays. During high season and sale periods express delivery might be unavailable.

RESTRICTIONS

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the Netherlands.

We do not ship to the overseas territories (Aruba and the relevant territories of the (Dutch) Antilles).

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link, or you can track it below.

If an order is not collected from the pick-up point and is returned to us after several delivery reminders, we will charge a return fee corresponding to the cost of handling and return shipping, amounting 6 EUR.

The cost of 6 EUR will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Dangerous goods

We are pleased to offer you a range of fashion with a selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. For example, candles and fragrances. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It is only if you wish to return items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

HAZMAT RETURNS

It is just as easy to return a perfume as it is to return a pair of jeans. The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ Dangerous goods label attached. Just make sure to fill the box with paper or filler so the product will stay in place.

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable substances and has special transportation requirements.

Please note, if you are making a return WITHOUT any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the box.
