Standard delivery is free for orders over 100 CHF. Your delivery options vary depending on your location in Switzerland. The relevant options will be shown at checkout.

Pickup Notification: When your order is ready at the pickup point, you will be notified by email. You have 14 days to collect your package.

During peak season, sale periods, and holidays, delivery times may be longer. Current delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

1–2 working days for orders placed Monday to Saturday before 18:15. Orders placed later will be delivered within two business days.

Express Home Delivery, UPS 14 CHF 

Sundays and public holidays are excluded. During peak season and sale periods, express delivery may not be available.

If someone picks up a parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID, the pick-up code, and their own ID.

Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link, or you can track it below.

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years old or above, with an address in Switzerland.
