The peacoat

Few garments have changed as little while remaining as relevant as the peacoat. Worn for more than 300 years, it still fits into everyday wardrobes and has become a classic not just because it's so familiar, but because it continues to be shaped by the people who wear it.

The peacoat is one of our favourite outerwear designs this season. Cut with slightly different proportions for women and men, both versions for Autumn/Winter 2026 share the same name: the Wool-Blend Pea Coat. Seen here on friends and family in Stockholm: Moa, Hugo, Balthazar and Christer.

Moa Bergh is the chef at Kouthoofd Familie Winkel, a wine bar and listening space located on a cobblestone street in Stockholm's Old Town.

Our very own Hugo Bergström Wiik, who heads the menswear department at ARKET, pictured together with his son Balthazar Tyler Wiidh.

Christer Lindebergh helped shape Stockholm's fashion scene through his store Hollywood, which opened in 1974 and became an institution for youth fashion and streetwear.
