During high season and sales, delivery might take longer than usual. Please note that ARKET is not responsible for any additional time incurred while your parcel is held at Customs.

Your order is shipped from Tilburg, Netherlands.

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to ARKET and we will charge a return fee corresponding to the cost of handling and return shipping, amounting to 30 USD. The cost of 30 USD will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Home delivery will by default be selected as delivery option in the checkout, make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.

RESTRICTIONS

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in your selected country. Please note that we currently do not ship to the US.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

Dangerous goods

We are pleased to offer you a range of fashion with a selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. For example, candles and fragrances. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It is only if you wish to return items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

HAZMAT RETURNS

It is just as easy to return a perfume as it is to return a pair of jeans. The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ Dangerous goods label attached. Just make sure to fill the box with paper or filler so the product will stay in place.

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable substances and has special transportation requirements.

Please note, if you are making a return WITHOUT any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the box.
