If your local ARKET store is temporarily closed due to governmental regulations, you can return your items up to 45 days after the reopening.
Customer service Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return - Your return will cost 25 USD. This will be deducted from the refund that you will receive.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How to return
1. Tear off the Return form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
2. Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from ARKET.
3. We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
