Returns

Returns are free with ARKET

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return - free of charge.

All purchases made from November 4 until December 25 can be returned until January 25.

We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse.

Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

We do not accept returns of garments purchased in store through our online returns service. Additionally items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Unfortunately, we can’t provide new return labels at the moment. But don’t worry, you can still return your items without the label. You will need to post your parcel and pay for shipping, but if you contact ARKET customer service with your proof of return, we will reimburse the cost to you.

Once you have booked your home collection on your chosen date, the courier collecting the parcel will bring a free returns label with them. Collections can be booked up to 2 working days in advance.

The courier will provide a new return label upon collection or at the drop off location if needed.

United Kingdom

 

How to return

Please note: Express orders must be returned via UPS - see instructions below.

Log in to our returns portal with your order number (found on your order confirmation) and postcode, and let us know what you want to return and why. You can return more than one order or parcel at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel.

Note: You don't need to fill out the paper return form but please include it in your parcel. If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead

Once your return is registered in the portal, select one of the below options to make your return. 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within two weeks of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime!

Return options for England, Wales & Scotland

Standard Delivery – please use any of the following options:

Royal Mail drop off 

Register your return in the Royal Mail return portal. An email will be sent to you which includes two free labelling options:

1. A QR code - show the code on your mobile phone, and a label will then be printed for you in the Post Office.

2. A PDF label - print the label at home and fix it to your parcel.

Visit your nearest Post Office to drop off your parcel. Royal Mail will provide you with a postage receipt where you can track the parcel’s progress.

Hermes drop off

Take your parcel to your nearest Hermes parcel shop. Hermes will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

Hermes home collection

Arrange for Hermes to pick up your return by clicking here. Hermes will collect from your chosen address and provide you with a collection receipt. With this you can track the parcel's progress.

Express Home Delivery – parcels must be returned with UPS:

Visit UPS.com to book your free return, print a replacement return label, and schedule a pick-up.
