Very Cherry Clafoutis is a summertime journey to southwest France. Originating from the Limousin region, clafoutis is a fruity dessert that takes its name from Occitan 'clafir', meaning to fill, and is traditionally prepared with black cherries arranged in a baking form and covered with a thick batter.
Created by chef Martin Berg, ARKET’s Very Cherry Clafoutis blends the traditional flavours with freshly whipped cream and lemon zest for a refreshing twist.
The Very Cherry Clafoutis is now available in our cafés as a special seasonal edition.

THE SUMMER MENU
A few weeks ago, our head chef Martin Berg created the dishes that would constitute this year's summer menu.
Ahead of every season, our kitchen is filled with a lively atmosphere as the upcoming menu unfolds.
Departing from seasonal ingredients, recipe ideas are brought to life until the final dishes are sampled and selected.
Some cafés are now open, and others will reopen soon. Still, in most cases, our serving is currently limited to drinks and pastries due to local regulations.*
