Returns

We hope you enjoy every purchase, but if you change your mind about something, we also offer you to return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, sale items within 14 days. This means that you have either a total of 30 or 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide whether you want to return an item.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right to withdraw by visiting our return portal here to register your return. Please note that return forms and return labels will no longer be included in the parcel.

Returning more than one order? You can send them in the same parcel — just include all the relevant returns forms. Note that the return fee is charged per order, not per parcel.

Returning the Goods

- You must send back the items without undue delay.

- You may use the return form included in your package.

- You may return items from multiple orders in one package. However, return costs are charged per order, not per parcel.  

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please indicate this clearly in your return/withdrawal request.

Refunds

- Your return will take up to 14 days to reach and be processed by us. If it's been longer, please contact Customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.

- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional information

- Please retain proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.

For orders placed before September 8, please use the return form and return label included in your parcel to make your return, and follow below instructions.

Standard Delivery – please use any of the following options:

InPost Locker/Shop Returns  – 5 GBP

1. Create your QR code using the InPost Returns Portal

2. Find your nearest InPost drop off point to scan and drop off your parcel.

3. No labels needed - our couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel. 

Evri drop off (5 GBP)

Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

Evri drop off/home collection (5 GBP)

1. Stick the provided Evri return label on your parcel.

2. Arrange a home collection or drop off at your nearest Evri parcel shop.

3. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

In-store collection (Free)

Orders delivered with the “Collect in store” option can only be returned to the store where they were collected. 

Express Delivery – Express orders that have been delivered by UPS must be returned via UPS only.

Return options for Northern Ireland

Orders must be returned via UPS only. (5 GBP)

Please make sure to use the order number that starts with E when booking a return with UPS. You can find this on the return note included in your parcel.

When using Order online – Collect in store, please collect your order within 72 hours.

Uncollected orders will be subject to a return fee of 5 GBP. If you’re unable to collect your order in time, please contact customer service for assistance.

If an order is not collected from the pick-up point and is returned to us after several delivery reminders, we will charge a return fee corresponding to the cost of handling and return shipping, amounting to 5 GBP.

The cost of 5 GBP will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

While our fragrances and candles are tested to ensure that they are safe to use, some contain flammable substances and therefore have special transportation requirements and rules for returns. Please follow these steps:

1. The item must be unopened and packed in a box with the LQ Dangerous goods label attached – if you use the original box, then the label is already attached. If you use a different box or the label is damaged, you must print and attach a new one.

2. Fill the box with paper or another filler to ensure the product is secured.

3. Follow the ARKET returns procedure on your delivery note.

Please be aware that if your original order contained multiple items and are returning an item that isn’t dangerous, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the packaging.

Full-price items purchased online can be returned in store. Make sure to bring your E-receipt or the delivery note together with the items you wish to return. You will be refunded with the payment method initially used when making your online purchase.

Please note, sale items cannot be returned in-store.

Products purchased in one of our ARKET stores can only be returned in store.

We’ve partnered with SOJO’s expert tailors to repair, tailor, or alter your ARKET items. Book online or in-store, and enjoy doorstep delivery of your fixed garments. Repairs are available at our Regent Street and Covent Garden stores, while the online service is offered UK-wide.

When your return is approved, you will be refunded by the same method of payment used upon your purchase.

If you have returned an order where an ARKET ARCHIVE Resale voucher was used, please contact our customer service for assistance with the refund.

We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than just trying it on), ARKET has the right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Please always treat the products with care.

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed. This applies to certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, and bath and body products.

Please note that items purchased elsewhere than arket.com cannot be returned to, or refunded by ARKET.
