Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period on full-priced items.

 

For items purchased on sale, our return period is 14 days. This means you have two weeks from the day you receive your order to decide whether you’d like to return a product.

 

Below, you’ll find further information and conditions relating to returns.

 

Restricitons - candles and fragrance

While our fragrances and candles are tested to ensure that they are safe to use, some contain flammable substances and therefore have special transportation requirements and rules for returns. Please follow these steps:

 

1. The item must be unopened and packed in a box with the LQ Dangerous goods label attached – if you use the original box, then the label is already attached. If you use a different box or the label is damaged, you must print and attach a new one.

 

2. Fill the box with paper or another filler to ensure the product is secured.

 

3. Follow the ARKET returns procedure on your delivery note.

 

Please be aware that if your original order contained multiple items and are returning an item that isn’t dangerous, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the packaging.

How to return

Together with your order, you received a return form. Fill out the form with what you want to return and why. You can return several orders at once, as long as you include all relevant return notes in the parcel. Please note, the return fee will still be charged per order, not per parcel.

 

If you are returning a faulty item or incorrect item, please fill out and include the return form on the delivery note instead.

 

When we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect this within 14 days of sending your return back to us. Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime.

 

If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer service to help you.

 

All purchases made online between 15 November 2025 and 15 December 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026. For purchases made from 16 December 2025 onwards, our normal returns policy applies.

Return options for England, Wales & Scotland

Standard Delivery – please use any of the following options:

 

InPost Locker/Shop Returns  – 3 GBP

1. Create your QR code using the InPost Returns Portal

2. Find your nearest InPost drop off point to scan and drop off your parcel.

3. No labels needed - our couriers will add one when they pick up your parcel. 

 

Evri drop off (3 GBP)

Take your parcel to your nearest Evri parcel shop. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

 

Evri drop off/home collection (3 GBP)

1. Stick the provided Evri return label on your parcel.

2. Arrange a home collection or drop off at your nearest Evri parcel shop.

3. Evri will provide you with a drop-off receipt where you can track the parcel's progress.

4. Need a new Evri Return Label? Click here to generate another. You'll need your order number and delivery address​.

 

Express Delivery – Express orders that have been delivered by UPS must be returned via UPS only.

1. Register your return here to create a return label.

2. Then choose to drop your return off at UPS Access Point or request a home collection.

Return options for Northern Ireland

Orders must be returned via UPS only. (3 GBP)

Please make sure to use the order number that starts with E when booking a return with UPS. You can find this on the return note included in your parcel.

Online return in-store

Full-price items purchased online can be returned in store. Make sure to bring your E-receipt or the delivery note together with the items you wish to return. You will be refunded with the payment method initially used when making your online purchase.

Please note, sale items cannot be returned in-store.

Returning store purchases

Products purchased in one of our ARKET stores can only be returned in store.

Your refund

Your return will take up to 14 days to reach and be processed by us. If it's been longer, please contact Customer service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.

 

When your return is approved, you will be refunded by the same method of payment used upon your purchase.

 

If you have returned an order where an ARKET ARCHIVE Resale voucher was used, please contact our customer service for assistance with the refund.

What kind of returns do we accept?

We will give you a refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than just trying it on), ARKET has the right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. Please always treat the products with care.

 

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that are sealed and which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed. This applies to certain underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, and bath and body products.

ARKET products bought elsewhere

Please note that items purchased elsewhere than arket.com cannot be returned to, or refunded by ARKET.
