If your purchase online is not completely covered by your gift card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase.

Yes, you can order either a physical or a digital gift card and have it sent to someone else. You can add a personal message, and choose the amount.

You can check your gift card balance online or in-store. You can also add your gift card to the wallet app, where your current balance can be viewed.

Physical gift cards may take up to two weeks to arrive at your chosen address. Digital gift cards, however, are delivered within minutes, given that you have not chosen to postpone the delivery.

These terms and conditions apply to ARKET Gift Cards purchased via our business partner SVS UK Limited in any of our ARKET stores or on arket.com ('ARKET Gift Card' or 'ARKET e-Gift Card', jointly 'ARKET Gift Cards') and to our ARKET Merchandise Cards ('ARKET Merchandise Card' or 'ARKET e-Merchandise Card' jointly 'ARKET Merchandise Cards'). By purchasing ARKET Gift Cards, or using the ARKET Merchandise Cards, you accept these terms and conditions ('Terms and Conditions'). ARKET Gift Cards and ARKET Merchandise Cards may be used in ARKET stores and online at arket.com in the country where the card was bought or where the ARKET Merchandise Card was issued. You can use the ARKET Gift Cards and ARKET Merchandise Cards to pay for the full value or part of the value of your selected item(s). If your purchase online is not completely covered by ARKET Gift Cards or ARKET Merchandise Cards you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. Please read more in the Payment section at arket.com. The online purchase receipt will not show the current balance of the ARKET Gift Cards and ARKET Merchandise cards used in the transaction. However, all gift cards and merchandise cards can be added to the wallet app on your digital device, where current balance will also be displayed. In addition, you can always check your current balance online at arket.com, in a ARKET store or by contacting Customer Service.

If you order your ARKET Gift Cards online, your order and payment will be processed and dispatched by SVS UK Limited, however your credit/debit card statement will show arket.com Gift Card Purchase.

SVS only accepts credit cards as payment for ARKET Gift Cards. You need to be 18 years or older, in order to pay with a credit card.

We aim to deliver the ARKET e-Gift Cards immediately after purchase, and physical Gift Cards within two working weeks from date of order. ARKET will not be liable for any failure or delay in delivery. If you purchase an ARKET e-Gift Card you will have the option of when the chosen recipient will receive an email with their Gift Card.

You are obligated to provide a correct address for delivery of the ARKET Gift Card. If you order a ARKET e-Gift Card you are obligated to provide a correct email address for delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed Weekday reserves the right to withhold the delivery of the ARKET Gift Cards.

Each online purchase of ARKET Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of £250. The online minimum value for ARKET Gift Cards is £15. You can increase the balance of your physical ARKET Gift Card by purchase of additional credit in any ARKET store in the country where the card was bought.

ARKET Gift Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the ARKET Gift Cards cannot be used for purchase, reactivated nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

The ARKET Gift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card is zero for three months, the ARKET Gift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.

ARKET Merchandise Cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the last activation or purchase. At the expiry of the validity period, the ARKET Merchandise Cards cannot be used for purchase nor can the unused remaining value be refunded.

The ARKET Merchandise Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. If the balance of the card reaches zero, the ARKET Merchandise Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.

ARKET may cancel this card if it has reasonable grounds to do so.

If you paid for your order with two different payment methods, you'll receive a refund on your second payment method first. For example, if you paid for your order with gift card and credit card, we will first refund you on the credit card. If the value of articles you returned exceed the amount paid with credit card, the rest will be refunded in the form of e-gift card. Read more here.

The ARKET e-Merchandise Card will be sent to you by email when the return is complete. If you return items purchased online to one of our ARKET Stores, you will be refunded in the same way as if you had returned the items using our online return process, as long as the return is made within the 28-day return period. Please read more here.

For any returns made after the expiry of the return period of 28 (twenty-eight) days, we reserve the right to refund you via a e-Merchandise Card.

You have a 28 day return period (beginning the day after delivery of your order) to cancel your order of ARKET Gift Cards purchased online and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery costs, but excluding the cost of returning the card if such costs has been generated.

ARKET cannot be held liable for ARKET Gift Cards or ARKET Merchandise Cards once activated, which subsequently are lost, stolen, inactivated or damaged. Treat your ARKET Gift Cards and ARKET Merchandise Cards as cash.
