2 carrots
¼ fennel
2 tangerines
15g fresh ginger
3,5dl apple juice or coconut water
4 mint leaves
ice cubes
Peel the carrots, ginger, and tangerines.
Grate the ginger, deseed the tangerines and dice the fruits, carrots, and fennel into small pieces.
Blend together with the liquid for 4–5 minutes, until very smooth.
Add ice and mint and blend quickly again.
