Your delivery options may vary depending on your location within Sweden, the relevant options will show at checkout.

 

As an ARKET Member, you enjoy free standard delivery to a pick-up location or parcel locker on orders over 800 SEK. Home delivery and express delivery are excluded.

Delivery information

STANDARD DELIVERY

During high season, sale periods and bank holidays, the delivery period may be longer. The current delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Available for orders placed before 16:30 Monday to Friday, and before 10:30 on Saturdays. This does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

 

During peak seasons and sales, express delivery may be unavailable.

 

COLLECT IN STORE — Free for all customers

Available at ARKET stores in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

 

Select “Collect in store” at checkout. Orders placed at least four hours before the store closes can be collected the same day. Orders placed later will be ready the next day.

 

You will receive an email when your order is ready. Please bring valid photo ID and your QR code when collecting.

 

Please collect your order within 72 hours. Uncollected orders will be subject to a return fee of 60 SEK.

 

RESTRICTIONS

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years old or above, with an address in Sweden.

Fees for uncollected parcels

If an order is not collected from the pick-up point and is returned to us after several delivery reminders, we will charge a return fee corresponding to the cost of handling and return shipping, amounting 60 SEK.

 

The cost of 60 SEK will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Transportation restrictions

Dangerous goods

We are pleased to offer you a range of fashion with a selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. For example, candles and fragrances. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It is only if you wish to return items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

 

HAZMAT RETURNS

It is just as easy to return a perfume as it is to return a pair of jeans. The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ Dangerous goods label attached. Just make sure to fill the box with paper or filler so the product will stay in place.

 

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable substances and has special transportation requirements.

 

Please note, if you are making a return WITHOUT any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the box.
