Our standard delivery is 4-6 working days, during peak season and sales delivery times may be extended. Available delivery options, costs and current delivery time for your order are displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Standard Home Delivery, Budbee (69 SEK)

Budbee delivers in the evening between 16:00–22:30.

 

Members enjoy free Standard delivery on orders over 800 SEK. Our standard delivery time is 4–6 business days. During peak seasons and sales, delivery times may be extended. Home Delivery, PostNord (100 SEK)   

Express Home Delivery, DHL (170 SEK) 

We offer express delivery (1–2 business days) for orders placed before 16:30 Monday to Friday, and before 10:30 on Saturdays. Orders placed after these times will be delivered within 3 business days. This does not apply on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

 

During peak seasons and sales, express delivery may be unavailable.

Items ordered can only be delivered to persons 18 years old or above, with an address in Sweden.

Dangerous goods

We are pleased to offer you a range of fashion with a selection of cosmetics. However, a few of our cosmetics contain flammable substances and therefore have delivery restrictions. For example, candles and fragrances. At the same time, all our beauty items are tested to ensure that they are safe to use. It is only if you wish to return items containing flammable substances that you need to be aware that there are special transportation requirements.

 

HAZMAT RETURNS

It is just as easy to return a perfume as it is to return a pair of jeans. The easiest way to return any beauty product classified as dangerous goods is to use the original parcel because it already has the LQ Dangerous goods label attached. Just make sure to fill the box with paper or filler so the product will stay in place.

 

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable substances and has special transportation requirements.

 

Please note, if you are making a return WITHOUT any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ Dangerous goods label from the box.
