Pick-up point - Standard (45 SEK, 3-4 working days)
We will deliver your purchase within 3-4 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for orders over 1000 SEK. During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.
Home delivery - Express (100 SEK, 1-2 working days)
We also offer a next day delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) for orders placed before 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and before 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Orders placed after this will be delivered within two days (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). During high season and Sale, Next day delivery might be unavailable.
Delivery to your home address
Select Home delivery - Express as delivery option in the checkout and make sure that your home address is ticked as delivery address.
Delivery to an alternative address
Select Home delivery - Express as delivery option in the checkout, untick your home address as delivery address and select or enter an alternative address.
Delivery to a Parcel Shop
Select Pick-up point - Standard as delivery option in the checkout and search for a convenient Parcel Shop by entering a postcode. If you nominate someone else to pick up the parcel on your behalf, they must bring your ID and the Pick-up code as well as their own ID.
Pick-up point - Standard: 45 SEK and free for orders over 1500
Home delivery - Express: 100 SEK
Items ordered in Sweden can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Sweden.
Track your parcel
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to ARKET.
You can choose to pay using the payment methods offered by Klarna detailed below, or, checkout with Paypal.
We will take payment from your credit debit card via your Paypal account when your order is dispatched.
PAY NOW – This means you can pay by card directly at the checkout. You can always pay using Visa and mastercard, as well as AMES in the United Kingdom. Payment is taken when order is confirmed.
PAY LATER – Customers in NO, SE FI, DE, AT, NL & UK can choose to buy now and pay later. This option will be shown to you at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now options. You will receive information on how and when to pay when your order has been dispatched.
SLICE IT – Customer in NO, SE, FI & DE can choose to open an account with Klarna and receive monthly statements based on the option you chose. This option will be shown at checkout depending on your eligibility. If you are not eligible you will still see Pay Now option. You will receive account information when your order is dispatched.

VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the ARKET online shop are subject to change and some garments are only available in selected stores.
For card purchases we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.
Return is free with ARKET
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return - free of charge.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is recieved at our warehouse. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Shoes must be returned with their original boxes. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How to return
- Tear off the Return form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
- Place the Return form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from ARKET.
- Attach the self-adhesive Postnord address label to your parcel and leave the package in any convenient Postnord office, find the closest one at Postnord website.
- You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
Free return at PostNord parcel shop
Attach the self-adhesive return label, which you can find on the delivery note, and take the parcel to a convenient PostNord parcel shop of your choice.
