This dressing is a pantry staple at our cafés with its creamy texture, nutty notes and an umami character. Enjoy it with grilled or steamed veggies, or as a topping on salads and sandwiches. Best of all? It only takes a minute to make.
250g plant-based mayonnaise
50g tahini
50ml gluten-free soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except water using a spoon or a whisk.
If needed, thin the sauce out with a little bit of water until you achieve a creamy texture (you should be able to drizzle it on top of salads). Season with salt and pepper.
Keep the dressing in clean container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
